These terms and conditions apply to orders placed through the ScandiRengas.fi online store. We reserve the right to change terms and prices. All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

2. Ordering

Orders are placed on the ScandiRengas.fi website via the shopping cart. An order confirmation will be sent by email (order confirmation), which will indicate the ordered products, total price and delivery method. Providing incorrect contact information may delay delivery.

3. Prices and availability

The price shown in the online store is the price valid at the time of order. If the product is out of stock or there is an obvious error in the price, we reserve the right to cancel the order (we will notify you immediately and refund the payment).

4. Delivery methods, times and costs

We deliver products in Finland using common carriers (e.g. Posti, Matkahuolto, DB Schenker and other freight companies) depending on the size and weight of the product. Available delivery methods and prices are displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery time: estimated 1–7 business days for in-stock items. Special/ordered items may take longer; the estimate will be stated on the product page or in the order confirmation.

Shipping costs: are determined by the size, weight and delivery method of the shipment, and are displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Pickup and installation

If we offer store pickup or installation service, the option will be shown separately at checkout and/or on the product page.

6. Delivery inspection and transport damage

Please inspect the shipment immediately upon receipt. If there is any damage to the package or product, ask the driver to record the damage and contact us immediately with pictures so that we can process the damage with the shipping company.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns (consumer customers)

The consumer has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the order (distance selling). Please notify us of your cancellation by email before returning the product. The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition.

Exceptions: custom-made or customer-specific products, clearly used or installed tires/rims, or other products limited by legislation that do not have a right to return.

The customer is responsible for the direct costs of returns, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund the payment using the same payment method once the return has been processed and inspected.

8. Complaints and liability for defects

If there is a defect in the product, please contact our customer service within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. We comply with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act on liability for defects and rectification (repair, exchange, price reduction or cancellation of the transaction, depending on the circumstances).

9. Warranty

Products may have a manufacturer or importer warranty. Warranty and usage terms are determined by the manufacturer/importer. The warranty does not cover defects resulting from incorrect installation, use or neglect of maintenance.

10. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by force majeure.

11. Dispute resolution

Disputes are primarily resolved through negotiation. The consumer can refer the matter to the Consumer Dispute Resolution Board. You can also use the EU ODR dispute resolution platform.
